We maintain a dedicated attitude of helpfulness so that you are treated properly and promptly in the resolution of unforeseen circumstances. Please keep in mind that any support program is only as good as the detailed information that the client can give to the support analyst. We encourage you to e-mail us with details of the issue with log files and/or screen snapshots attached. Our incident tracking system is enabled to send you automatic updates on any change of incident status - ask the ADC Help Desk to enroll you in this service.
