Retailer Presentation: Jonathan Key of Brookshire Grocery Co.
Jonathan will discuss his role as a FIM Coordinator and how he worked to successfully implement ADC's FIM solutions into Brookshire's new Fresh store.

John will provide details on what retailers can expect when implementing ADC's software, as well as discussing tips on what to look for when implementing different ADC modules and what savings will be seen once implemented.

Retailer Chaired Roundtable Discussion - "Managing your FIM Project - Strategies for Successful Implementation"
Continuing on John Hall's presentation, three roundtable chairs will lead discussions on how to best manage your FIM project, ideas on maximizing the ROI of your FIM project and how to best implement throughout your stores.

He will also speak on maximizing interaction between store associates and customers.

Presentation of InterStore.NET Software Road Map

Interactive Training Sessions - Attendees are encouraged to bring their questions and participate throughout the sessions, which include:
NutriGen: Introduction and Overview of the software. The training will include ingredient and material setup, how to build a recipe and generating/reviewing reports.
Production Planning: The session will include how to configure workstations, production schedules and forecast event overrides. Report generation and reviewing will also be discussed.
