Recipe Management helps the grocer to manage the complexities of FIM. Hands-on training on how to install and maintain recipes will be covered. Bring your recipes to ReFresh and enter them during the workshops and ask questions. ADC will have a “sand-box” system to play with during the training.

Meat Management and Cut-Test/Template Training:
Managing your fresh categories from one complete system means that a complex production of taking a meat item from primal to a cut finished good to be sold or used as an ingredient in a recipe for self-service meat case item (as an example) is the most complex production in a grocery fresh category.
This hands-on session will take the trainee through this complete process and demonstrate how FIM can help the grocer innovate new cross category fresh merchandising. Included will be training on ADC’s new Meat Grind Traceability Module.

P-Cubed Production Planning Training (Pre-requisite is NutriGen Recipe Management Training)
Production Planning provides in-store personnel with guidance on production based on configured business rules. With NutriGen and Meat Management for recipes and cuts respectively – the FIM suite provides ways to track inventory as a by-product of simply producing items at the right time and in the right amounts and in the right way.
Learn how the forecasted production touch screen creates a “job aid” for new and experienced associates to know the latest details of your fresh products. This information can be made available for associates and incorporated into their dialogue when shoppers ask questions and when associates up-sell the shopper.
