ADC hosted the 9th Annual ReFresh Fresh Item Management (FIM) Conference from October 26th – 29th at the Sirata Resort and Conference Center, St. Petersburg Beach, Florida.

Grocers at ReFresh learned new ways to turn their fresh departments in to a "Big Advantage" with informative presentations by industry experts, including Michael Sansolo and Kevin Coupe.  The focus of ReFresh 2010 was on managing fresh categories while improving top-line performance through FIM technology.  Presentations discussed how FIM technology can assist with lowering perishable shrink, while increasing store associate productivity.

ReFresh 2010 featured round table discussions where attendees interacted with fellow FIM users and gained insights into implementing FIM technology into their stores, as well as discovering answers to their unique FIM questions.    Chaired by current ADC users, the round table discussions included hand outs for retailers to review and provided the ideal setting to gain valuable insight into FIM usage.
