ADC is actively recruiting for the following open positions:
.NET, C#, VB6 and C/C++ Developers: ADC is looking for programmer-developers with solid professional experience in developing industrial/commercial applications in C#, .NET, VB6 or C/C++. Must have a degree in computer science, IT or equivalent and be experienced in SQL Server or Oracle. Graduates from a structured training course in C#/.NET together with a solid professional background in VB6 or an object oriented development environment would be considered.
ADC provides the ambitious developer with the abilities to touch all kinds of technologies within a small-company framework while focusing on delivery in a web-based architecture using the latest software tools. Some travel may be required by project. All shortlisted developer applicants go through a half-day development test. Applicants must either live in the Tampa Bay area or be prepared to relocate here.
Marketing Manager: Must be experienced in niche company demand generation, ideally in the software and/or food retail space. Duties include development of marketing programs, promotions and sales collateral. Must be creative yet reliable, organized and detail oriented with superior written, graphical and verbal communication skills. You should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with at least one years marketing experience preferably in the high-tech sector and be experienced in the tools of collateral development such as HTML and Adobe InDesign.

- Grocery chain fresh food operations experience.
- Software development, testing, implementation or support in scales management or retail software applications.
- .NET, C#, Visual Basic, C/C++, dynamic HTML/XML programming for the Windows or Linux operating systems.

- Sales or Marketing of software and/or electronic equipment to the supermarket industry.
